Information in an enquiry

The enquiry form collects the contact details and message you choose to provide about your storage needs. Please include only the information needed to discuss storage; do not include payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive information.

We use the details you send to respond to your request, discuss availability and prices, and take the steps you ask us to take before a booking. If you become a customer, further information may be needed to administer your storage arrangements.

Handling your message

The enquiry form is provided by Jotform. Information you submit is processed through Jotform and the notifications configured for the form. Our form, hosting and email providers process information needed to operate those services. For details about the form platform, read Jotform’s privacy information. Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to deal with the request and any resulting booking, and for applicable record-keeping requirements.

Sending a storage enquiry does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list. You can ask us about the information associated with your enquiry using the contact details above.
